Request an Evaluation

Evaluations are a necessary component to upgrading to a Regional Referee license. To upgrade, you need three (of four available attempts) averaging a final score of 8.0 or more and to maintain your license, you need two (of three available attempts).

Please read this document that might have your answers on questions pertaining to referee evaluations as administered by the SRC.

Try to schedule these requests with at least two weeks notice or more. The longer the better. If you have any questions, please email our SDA, Tim Barron. If you are requesting an evaluation from out of state, please mark the box below.
