As you officiate games, you will need to complete documents based on the actions taken on those games and sometimes certain leagues have different rules. Whether it was for red card, spectator misconduct or anything in between, here are the resources for you to fill out and rules you need to read for each of the specific leagues.

• US Soccer Learning Center – Your online USSF referee login that is tied to your referee licenses.
• Official Sports – The premier place to get your gear from jerseys to shorts to flags and more.

Reports

• USSF Referee Report – Used for certain match competitions for only cautions and standard match details.
• USSF Referee Report with a Supplemental Report – Used for red cards, unusual events and other reportable situations.

• FIFA Considerations – Structured questions for evaluating fouls, handballs, offside decisions, and other match incidents.
• Report Codes for Cautions and Send-Offs – Codes and descriptions of offenses for writing the referee reports.
