United Officials

The United Officials Group is a U.S. Soccer initiative dedicated to fostering connection, mentorship, education, and opportunity for referees from historically underrepresented communities—including minorities, women, and other underrepresented groups. The group is open to all members of the refereeing community who are committed to learning and supporting a more inclusive future for officiating.

Members have access to monthly virtual meetings featuring guest speakers from FIFA, PRO, the NFL, and U.S. Soccer’s National Coaching Program, covering topics ranging from match management and officiating at the highest levels to career development and leadership.

Active members have also received opportunities to officiate at premier events, including the Dallas Cup, MLS NEXT Cup, U.S. Youth Soccer National League Winter Event, and the Armed Forces Tournament.
